I was helping with administrative duties like making copies, typing tests and assessments for educators, and as well as stepping in for them when they were busy with parent meetings or teacher-HOD meetings. I would assist learners with reading, computer lessons, and assignments. I also would sit down with learners and talk about their struggles be it at home or at school and advise where I can.

I joined the Health Department as an intern where I was placed in the Finance department. I learned how to process travel claims, capture banking details, compile documents for payment, batch documents for auditing and debt-checking. I also worked with entering data on the spreadsheet, assisting clients both in person and over the phone. I would inquire from HR about employee leave documents.

I joined Debonairs as a cashier in 2013, I was responsible for sales, call center, and cleaning the restaurant. I would sell and upsell pizzas to customers, answer calls at the call center, and help with preparing the pizzas, stock counting, and ordering. I was assisting the manager with banking and opening and closing of the restaurant. I would cash up other cashiers and drivers at the end of day
