My experience as an educator assistant at the Eastern Cape Department of Education has honed my administrative abilities and strengthened my capacity to manage tasks efficiently. I provided classroom support, assisted learners with their studies, and streamlined administrative processes, which significantly improved learner engagement and operational efficiency.
