I’m an AI-enabled instructional design professional with 15+ years of experience designing high-impact learning experiences for IBM, LearningMate, NIIT, and global eLearning clients. Now, I focus on AI-integrated learning design—turning complex subject matter into clear, engaging, learner-centered content.

Across my work, I’m fluent in Hindi and English and I bring hands-on expertise in generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI content evaluation. I translate instructional goals into AI-enhanced workflows, including prompt libraries and reusable templates for rapid storyboarding, scenario generation, and assessment creation.

Most recently, as an independent AI-Enabled Instructional Design Consultant, I’ve delivered AI-enhanced learning experiences that accelerate end-to-end content development cycles by 40–60%. I also act as a “human-in-the-loop” quality layer—reviewing AI-generated outputs for instructional alignment, factual accuracy, tone, clarity, and learner engagement.

Earlier, I led instructional strategy at LearningMate, including a flagship Nearpod learning program from concept to deployment, and I mentored junior instructional designers while introducing AI-assisted workflows. I also helped co-led the development of IBM Watson MOOC with Columbia University, and I continue my community impact by founding and operating a rural school in Uttarakhand—championing digital and AI literacy for learners in low-resource environments.
