I’m looking for a role where I can design learner-centered ILT/VILT and e-learning in Agile teams, collaborate with SMEs, and use tools like Articulate and Synthesia to deliver SCORM-ready content that improves performance.

I’m an Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Designer with 5+ years of experience creating impactful ILT, VILT, e-learning, and blended learning solutions. I focus on turning complex subject matter into learner-centered experiences that deliver measurable performance and business results.

At Accenture (Mumbai), I scripted, storyboarded, and delivered learning solutions across four projects, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders across countries. I used Agile practices with tools like Jira and leveraged AI-powered workflows to accelerate content creation, improve accuracy, and reduce turnaround time.

I build SCORM-ready learning products by ensuring LMS compatibility and publishing SCORM-compliant modules for seamless deployment and tracking. I’ve also delivered highly interactive WBTs—including a simulated Synthesia experience—and received an Encore award for power team for the work.
