What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Instructional Design role where I can design engaging WBT/ILT/vILT learning, build microlearning and game-based assessments, and collaborate with SMEs and creative teams to deliver training that supports sales goals and measurable outcomes.

I’m a highly passionate and dedicated Instructional Designer with over 5 years of experience building effective learning experiences in eLearning as an ID. I design and structure sales bootcamp storyboards to ensure instructional flow, learner engagement, and alignment with business objectives.

In my recent roles, I created and reviewed interactive WBTs, ILT, vILT sessions, and Rise 360 courses—along with microlearning content, short introductory videos, and game-based assessments to improve retention. I also perform Learning Quality Assurance (LQA), collaborate closely with SMEs, visual designers, and developers, and ensure training programs connect to real-world application scenarios, including CRM tools and customer journey simulations.
