I’m looking to design learner-centric, AI-enhanced eLearning in agile teams—using SCORM/xAPI, LMS integration, and strong instructional strategy to improve onboarding outcomes and deliver measurable, business-aligned training.

I’m an Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Designer with 6+ years designing engaging digital learning solutions across technology, healthcare, banking, and education. I build end-to-end learning programs with strong learning needs analysis, curriculum development, assessment design, and storyboarding to keep experiences learner-centric and aligned with business goals.
