I am a passionate Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Designer with 6+ years of experience creating engaging, learner-centered digital learning solutions across IT Services, Government, Healthcare, Banking, and K–12 Education. Throughout my career, I have designed and developed 1,500+ digital learning modules, ranging from enterprise software training and compliance programs to interactive K–12 learning experiences.

Most recently, I worked with ThoughtStorm Inc. (Canada) as an E-Learning Content Developer, where I designed and delivered 40+ enterprise learning solutions supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, and ERP implementations for Canada-based government and enterprise clients. My role involved collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Analysts, and QA teams to translate complex business processes into engaging digital learning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, software simulations, scenario-based learning, microlearning, and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT).

Before that, I contributed to learning initiatives in the healthcare, banking, and education sectors, designing learning experiences that improved software adoption, compliance, and learner engagement. I have extensive hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Snagit, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, LMS, SCORM, and Training Arcade. I also use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate storyboarding, instructional scripting, content structuring, and content refinement while maintaining instructional quality.

What motivates me most is transforming complex information into simple, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences that help people perform better in their roles. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving learning challenges, and designing scalable learning solutions that create measurable business impact.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring emerging learning technologies, AI-assisted instructional design, learning experience innovation, and continuously expanding my skills through professional development and hands-on projects. I'm always excited to learn, experiment, and contribute to organizations that value creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
