I am a Business Analyst and Product Manager with hands-on experience in digital banking, product ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. I bridge business needs and technical teams to deliver user-centered products and regulatory readiness.

At Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan I led analysis for a new website and mobile app, coordinated teams across countries, facilitated stakeholder workshops, and supported QA to ensure timely delivery. At Unibank I translated complex requirements into user stories, enabled Instant Payments by delivering APIs to the central bank, and actively participated in Agile ceremonies.

Earlier roles include customer journey ownership—managing payroll integrations, customer education, and integrations with messaging systems like SWIFT—and leading an English teaching unit where I supervised staff and designed curriculum. I maintain clear documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence and prioritize product roadmaps and backlog management.
