In my current role in a regulated private banking environment, I support digital life insurance capabilities embedded within a banking app and website. I lead structured sessions across business, operations, compliance, and IT to define clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements. I translate business needs into implementable system features while maintaining traceability from concept through to deployment.

I’m hands-on across delivery readiness: I produce comprehensive documentation, process flows, functional specifications, and user stories, then define acceptance criteria to validate delivered functionality against business rules. I facilitate UAT cycles by designing structured test scenarios grounded in real-world banking use cases. I also conduct impact assessments for enhancements, identifying downstream risks, data dependencies, and regulatory considerations early to reduce rework and post-release defects.

Previously, I delivered cross-functional digital transformation initiatives and helped establish governance-driven AI adoption frameworks through co-founding an AI Committee. Earlier roles strengthened my analytical and regulatory foundation through end-to-end advisory, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement—alongside improving digital onboarding and client engagement for high-net-worth clients.
