What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own cross-functional delivery—building strong project governance (RAID, dependencies, dashboards), coordinating vendors, and running Agile/Scrum and SDLC release cycles to deliver on time, within budget, and with clear stakeholder reporting.

I’m a PMP and Agile/Scrum-certified Project Manager with over a decade of experience as the connective tissue between clients, product/engineering resources, and external vendors across banking, logistics, infrastructure, and public-sector environments. I coordinate iterative, SDLC-style delivery cycles by aligning build, QA, and UAT hand-off phases against release timelines, so teams stay synchronized through every release.

I build and maintain RAID logs, dependency registers, and milestone dashboards that keep project governance clear and current, and I produce client-ready reporting packs that remain live and accurate throughout delivery. I also source, negotiate with, and manage vendors and contractors, track budgets and costs, lead change management and communications, and drive adoption using Agile/Scrum ceremonies—backed by a track record of 100% milestone completion to date.
