What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced, client-focused role where I can lead end-to-end project delivery, strengthen stakeholder alignment, manage risks, and use Agile practices to drive customer satisfaction and successful deployments.

I’m a PMP-certified Project Manager with over 6 years of experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation to successful delivery across financial services and enterprise technology environments. I focus on stakeholder and client relationship management to drive customer satisfaction while keeping delivery on time and within scope.

In my current role as Product Manager /Project Manager (March 2020– Present), I manage multiple end-to-end implementation projects across enterprise organizations. I handle project risks, implementation issues, and client escalations by coordinating with technical teams, translating business objectives and requirements into actionable delivery tasks, and supporting go-live with UAT coordination and clear status reporting.

I’ve led Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain consistent delivery. I’ve also coordinated major initiatives including an enterprise data warehouse for LAPO Microfinance Bank, MIS implementation for First Trust Mortgage Bank, and an enterprise budgeting management system for Bank of Industry—delivered within a three-month timeline—plus I’ve supported onboarding through documentation, training materials, and client training sessions.
