I’m a Product Manager with hands-on experience shipping billing logic, data ingestion pipelines, and consumer-facing features end-to-end—from problem definition and wireframing through UAT and go-live.

At Zarthi, I designed subscription billing classification logic for the Cost by Licenses & Purchases module, routing Azure line items with null Subscription ID and null consumed service to the Billing Profile ID, eliminating orphaned cloud spend from customer dashboards. I also resolved dashboard-versus-backend financial discrepancies by defining rounding-adjustment injection logic across 8 billing widgets, including Billing Expense Trend Analysis and Regional Cost.

I overhauled billing data ingestion by migrating the Azure MCA pipeline from legacy Consumption APIs to scheduled exports from Azure Blob Storage, reducing latency and removing a brittle API dependency. I defined the Ingestion Status metric from scratch, establishing Operational / Delayed / Disconnected thresholds (5 / 14 / 14+ days) and mapping the source DB field per cloud provider to avoid surfacing raw timestamps.

I own feature delivery with PRDs that engineering can execute without revision loops—covering backend config rules, explicit UI states (disabled states, dynamic dropdown filtering, and error strings), and end-to-end UAT validation through go-live. I’ve reduced manual operational workload by 40% with automation workflows, and I use SQL, KPI definition, and funnel analysis to build KPI dashboards and drive continuous improvement.
