What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own product outcomes end-to-end in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment—especially commerce, payments, and monetization—while building analytics-driven funnels, running experiments, and collaborating tightly across cross-functional teams.

I’m a Product Manager owning commerce, payments, monetization, and analytics in a high-ambiguity startup environment. As a founding PM, I led a regulatory pivot and scaled product from pre-revenue to ₹10M+ MRR while partnering closely with engineering, design, legal, finance, and business stakeholders.

I’m deeply data-led: I improved paid conversion from 5% to 9% and lifted retention 15%+ by building SQL dashboards, running A/B tests, and using cohort analysis and funnel diagnostics. I also drive business outcomes through customer research (churn surveys and interviews) and marketing economics (Meta, Google Ads, and Moloco), including CAC optimization.

Led a regulatory pivot from Ziffi Chess to Zapp Chess, owning roadmap prioritization and cross-functional execution across legal, compliance, engineering, and business stakeholders. Owned the customer purchase journey and used SQL-led funnel diagnostics, A/B testing, and customer research to improve conversion (5% to 9%), retention (15%+), and build a metrics/analytics stack from scratch.
