I’m a versatile technician with over a decade of combined experience in mechanical engineering, computer technology, and customer service. I bring a proven track record in vehicle maintenance, aluminium fabrication, computer servicing, and customer relations, supported by multiple national and international certifications.

As a Computer Technician / Operator, I diagnose and repair computer hardware and software faults, install and configure operating systems and application software, and deliver technical support and client training. I focus on resolving issues clearly and quickly so users can get back to work with confidence.

Earlier, I handled customer enquiries and resolved complaints professionally while maintaining accurate client records and following up on service requests. I also serviced light vehicles to manufacturer standards and maintained Maikano generators, using diagnostic computer systems and applying safe, reliable workmanship.

I’ve also worked as an Aluminium Fabrication Technician, designing and constructing aluminium doors and windows by interpreting technical drawings and ensuring quality and safety compliance.
