At Mastercard, I manage a product portfolio spanning Mastercard.com and its 90+ sites, a headless AEM implementation, the centralized martech platform, and AI initiatives. I built the case for rebuilding the martech hub into a platform for managing access and bringing marketing data into a unified executive view; it was approved at EVP level, and I’m now defining the architecture and backlog with engineering.
I lead AI product work that includes generative page assembly using an existing component library, a trend analysis agent in business case, and support for a brand standards assistant. I also consolidated 180+ regional and country sites onto one AEM instance, cutting hosting and license spend about $1M a year while directing two scrum teams and 20+ engineers.
Previously, at Accenture, I rebuilt attribution and measurement for a consumer brand, reducing marketing spend 10% while holding revenue flat and growing paid-attributed sales over 15%. At Globe International, I turned a money-losing D2C channel profitable by redesigning packaging to cut per-order shipping 75%, and built a Shopify-to-ERP API connector for inventory and order tracking.
