Tyler Barushak

I’m an IT student at Ivy Tech Community College pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Cybersecurity, aiming to build a practical, security-minded foundation across support, networking, and infrastructure. I’m CompTIA A+ certified (Core 2) with Core 1 in progress, and I enjoy converting technical concepts into real troubleshooting results.

My hands-on experience includes cloud computing, networking, and system troubleshooting. I’ve worked with Windows 10/11 and Linux systems, TCP/IP fundamentals, subnetting, and network troubleshooting, and I’m comfortable supporting device setup and configuration, basic system diagnostics, and software installation.

I’m also gaining exposure to cloud environments using Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, virtual networks and subnets, and storage accounts. Alongside my coursework, I’m seeking IT support, infrastructure, or related roles where I can apply my technical skills and keep expanding them through real-world support work.
