What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead implementation, program operations, quality, and stakeholder success work where I can build practical systems, coach teams, and improve outcomes across multiple sites.

I'm leading re-entry services operations at God's Pantry, building trackers, SOPs, workflows, coaching structures, and Salesforce quality practices that turn leadership priorities into consistent execution.

Previously, I directed quality assurance and program support across eight K-12 school sites at Enchanted Education and supported 10 sites at Think Together. I've partnered with principals, district leaders, families, and community stakeholders to address implementation gaps, improve program quality, and follow actions through to completion.

My work combines multi-site operations, team coaching, onboarding, professional development, documentation, and change support. I build practical systems that help staff stay aligned, accountable, and focused on student and client success.
