What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or strengthen education-focused programs through implementation, leadership development, professional learning, and scalable operational systems that create meaningful participant experiences and lasting impact.

I've partnered with Panorama Education, inquirED, The Native School, and Educating All Learners Alliance to design implementation experiences, professional learning, and leadership development that support meaningful learning and long-term partner success.

At Higher Ground Education, I led a distributed team of 30 educators and supported more than 400 families, using Salesforce data, feedback, and operational systems to strengthen instructional quality, engagement, and customer experience. I've also coached school and district leaders, facilitated leadership retreats, and built multi-month coaching experiences grounded in data-informed reflection and equitable practice.

I translate organizational vision into scalable processes, cross-functional workflows, and sustainable practices that balance immediate needs with long-term growth.
