What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can apply psychology-informed research, talent acquisition support, stakeholder communication, and data-driven content skills while continuing to grow professionally.

I've supported talent acquisition and onboarding at Tata Power, contributing to recruitment processes, cross-functional deliverables, and stakeholder reporting.

For a UK-based client, I developed data-driven content strategies using audience research, competitor analysis, SEO, and performance analytics. I managed social content, scripts, copy, Canva creatives, and AI-assisted workflows to improve engagement and identify growth opportunities.

I'm completing an MA in Applied (I/O) Psychology at the University of Mumbai, with coursework in psychometrics, quantitative methods, and applied research. I also co-authored a peer-reviewed paper on mental illness stigma, self-esteem, and social relationships.
