What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a restaurant position and am available immediately, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

At Hesburger in Oulu, I managed restaurant operations, handled cash and inventory, placed orders, and trained new employees. I also monitored sales performance.

In France, I worked as a Food Runner - Front of House at Le SO (So Sosta Oliveto), coordinating with the kitchen and bar during busy evening shifts. I also worked as a Kitchen Assistant at Péniche Archimède, preparing food and helping keep the kitchen organised.
