What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Technical Support, IT Support, Service Desk, or L1 Support role where I can troubleshoot systems, support users, build cloud infrastructure knowledge, and contribute through clear client communication.

I've deployed and configured Linux EC2 instances on AWS, connected remotely through SSH and PuTTY, and reviewed security-group rules for server access.

Through my AWS Linux Server Deployment & Troubleshooting Lab, I practiced command-line operations, file management, basic system administration, and investigating connectivity and access issues. I also built a driver drowsiness detection system, testing, debugging, and documenting application issues to improve its behavior.

As a freelance video editor, I communicated directly with clients, resolved software, media-format, and workflow problems, and managed multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines independently.

I'm a Computer Science graduate seeking an entry-level Technical Support, IT Support, Service Desk, or L1 Support role. I'm comfortable learning new technical systems, working rotational shifts, and contributing to IT infrastructure and cloud support.
