I am an experienced professional with a strong background in call center operations and customer service. My expertise lies in managing inbound and outbound calls, live transfers, and various administrative tasks such as call scheduling. I pride myself on my ability to handle objections and engage in small talk, ensuring high service levels in fast-paced environments. My proficiency in communication and CRM systems has enabled me to provide effective remote support, leading to high customer satisfaction.

As the Founder and CEO of T&A Engineering Group, I established an engineering consultancy firm that offers construction, project management, and civil engineering solutions. I oversee business operations, ensuring high-quality standards for all projects while managing budgeting and internal scheduling with clients and engineers. My previous experience as a Call Center Agent at Airtel Rwanda and a Site Engineer at Fair Construction Rwanda has equipped me with the skills necessary to excel in both customer service and engineering roles.
