I am a bilingual Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in site supervision, surveying, and project documentation gained through roles in Rwanda and internships on urban road projects. I combine technical engineering skills with client-focused communication to ensure accurate installations and timely reporting.

At GTC Ltd I assist senior engineers with inspections, monitor materials and installations, and supervise structure revisions while maintaining clear client communication to address concerns professionally. My customer-care roles with Rogers and CCI Rwanda strengthened my bilingual support, complaint resolution, and CRM skills.

As a Business Development Officer I identified new opportunities, built partner relationships, and promoted services to increase sales, adding a commercial perspective to my engineering background. During my internship on the Mageragere urban road project I supported surveying, site supervision, measurements, and daily reporting.
