At Natyle Têxtil, I built the product and client-services operation from scratch, growing import volume 4x in six months and revenue by over 100% without adding a factory or supplier.
I redesigned discovery, validation, and handoffs between clients, internal teams, and the overseas factory, cutting approval cycles from about two weeks to two to five business days. I also used SKU-level sales analysis, WGSN trend research, and product post-mortems to guide decisions across a 60+ account portfolio.
At Natyle Têxtil, I turned sales and customer data into KPIs, reports, and roadmap decisions for C-level stakeholders. I led a team of two and negotiated with the international supplier in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
At Skazi, I launched the brand's first e-commerce channel, moving from a 100% B2B model to B2B plus D2C and adding 20%+ in total revenue in about two months. I defined the information architecture, worked with Engineering and Marketing on screens and testing, and iterated the approximately 500-SKU catalog using usage data, feedback, and product metrics.
