What I'm looking for

I seek product leadership roles where I can drive growth through product-led strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed decisions, with opportunities for impact and team development.

I am a product manager with extensive experience building and scaling SaaS products and marketplaces across logistics, retail, and restaurant verticals. I lead roadmap strategy, product operations, and go-to-market initiatives that increase ARR and customer lifetime value.

At Social Ladder I launched high-value add-ons that boosted LTV; at Super Dispatch I refined product-market fit and pricing to drive ARR; and at Olist I led a Product-Led Growth roadmap that enabled exponential user expansion.

I bring strong cross-functional leadership and a data-informed approach, improving onboarding flows to reduce CAC and implementing voice-of-customer measurement to raise satisfaction. I also consult to help companies and product leaders apply best practices in strategic planning and delivery execution.

I hold MBAs in Business Intelligence and Strategic Management in UX Design, a bachelor’s in Systems Analysis, and a Scrum Product Owner certification. I am fluent in English and Portuguese and work effectively with analytics, design, and engineering tools.
