What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my cross-platform CRM and RevOps experience to building and scaling a dedicated HubSpot capability.

At BITS Systems, I lead CRM consulting and implementation engagements from discovery through adoption, designing connected sales, marketing, and service processes for international clients. I work primarily with Zoho CRM and Zoho One, alongside HubSpot-focused CRM work and Salesforce Admin-level consulting.

At Corporate Gurukul, I owned CRM and process improvement across student enrollment, admissions, institutional sales, and payments. I architected separate B2C and B2B journeys using Zoho One, integrated with Drupal and payment processes, and supported training and vendor integration work.
