I'm currently at Searce, where I partner with global leadership to execute workforce strategies across EMEA, the US, and India. I lead end-to-end hiring for complex IT and non-IT portfolios while managing and developing talent acquisition teams.
At Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions, I led Talent Acquisition for the Mumbai India Development Centre, hiring leadership and niche technical talent including VP Engineering, Architects, Data Scientists, AI/ML, and Cyber Security professionals. I also launched university hiring across IITs, NITs, and IIITs and supported DEI, employer branding, and learning initiatives.
