I'm looking to lead full-cycle talent acquisition, build proactive pipelines, partner with senior stakeholders, and improve hiring strategy and candidate experience across business and technology functions.

I'm currently leading end-to-end recruitment at SiriusAI, including US leadership hiring, campus initiatives, workforce planning, and hiring strategy for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.

Previously at Gartner, I managed recruitment for non-technical roles and supported high-volume, specialized, technology, and business hiring. I built qualified pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, Boolean search, and market mapping while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

At Aesthetic Living Merchants, I managed corporate hiring across departments, guided a recruitment team, and supported HR administration, onboarding, employee engagement, and lifecycle processes.
