At ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play, I own onboarding end to end for more than 2,000 people across 17+ countries. I deliver weekly sessions, coach new joiners, and create the guides and videos they learn from, working with Quality Control and Operations to align training with performance standards.
I also built a Power Automate flow that cut a weekly compliance task from about four hours to about five minutes, and an LMS-style tracking app in Softr. Before moving into training, I hosted live broadcasts for international players, which keeps my approach grounded in what the work actually requires.
