My career has taken me from customer support to training, people leadership, and learning operations, and that mix has shaped the way I work today. I understand what happens on the front line, but I also know what it takes behind the scenes to keep people, priorities, and processes moving in the same direction.

I enjoy roles where there are several moving parts and someone needs to bring clarity to them. That might mean spotting a performance problem, coordinating competing priorities, improving a process that has become unnecessarily complicated, helping someone develop, or simply making sure an issue does not get lost between teams.

Over the years, I have worked with international teams and stakeholders, led and developed people, supported high-volume operations, used data to guide decisions, and built practical solutions around real business needs. I am comfortable taking ownership and working independently, but I also genuinely enjoy being the person others can rely on when something needs to get done.

For my next role, I am open to opportunities across Learning & Development, Learning Operations, Training, Enablement, Program Coordination, and Operations. I care less about having a particular title and more about finding meaningful work, a strong team, and a role where I can solve problems, make things work better, and genuinely contribute.
