Tuğberk Bayram

I’m a founder-operator who has built two companies from the ground up while running the commercial and operational management of a ~100-person manufacturing organization. I rose from field sales to factory senior management, combining production discipline with P&L ownership and the ability to build models under uncertainty.

In my ventures, I design business models, revenue architecture, and go-to-market strategy from scratch, then assemble and structure the founding team (including cap table and founders’ agreements). In operations, I own end-to-end commercial-to-production tracking, procurement and supplier negotiations, and cross-department decision-to-execution systems—progressing from direct sales to deputy general management and full operational authority in the GM’s absence.
