I am a business analyst with experience delivering digital solutions. I’ve worked on governmental projects; digital platform that enables agri-commodities trading; as well as certification system for non-profit organisation . My experties lies in translating business needs into actionable specifications for UI/UX and development teams to build effective products.

At my latest role at Agridence, Agridence I collaborated with companies and governmental bodies within the agri-culture industries to develop, and align project proposals, as well as producing comprehensive documentation including As-Is/To-Be analyses, process flows, effort estimations, and delivery timelines.

I run and support Agile delivery practices — conducting sprint ceremonies, coordinating QA and leading UAT to secure stakeholder sign-off. I also support change management, user training and product socialization to drive adoption.

I bring technical fluency in Python, SQL and tooling such as JIRA and Confluence, combined with testing experience (Postman, Swagger) and experience visualizing systems and processes to help business users understand functionality.
