As a Business Analyst and Test Engineer, I lead Agile projects in the banking and supply chain sectors. My role involves requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and preparing business documentation. I also develop test cases, conduct system testing, and manage project deliverables to ensure timely completion.

In my role as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master, I developed user stories and gathered business requirements for workforce management projects. I facilitated scrum meetings, identified process improvements, and conducted user acceptance testing to ensure project success.

As a Business Analyst and QA, I designed and executed test plans, identified software failures, and collaborated with development teams to enhance product quality. I also developed user stories and wireframes to meet business requirements.

In this role, I troubleshot system-related issues, ensured adherence to service level agreements, and maintained application documentation. I also participated in planning meetings and conducted training sessions for staff.

As a Lecturer, I prepared and delivered lectures and workshops for undergraduate students. I collaborated with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and participated in professional development activities.

In my role as Team Leader for Inventory Control, I led a team to deliver efficient customer service and managed store merchandising and inventory control. I tracked product records to meet service delivery targets.

Pursued a Master of Science in Computer Networks and Communications, covering advanced topics in networking, data communication, and network security.

Completed a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with Honours, focusing on various aspects of IT including software development, systems analysis, and project management.
