What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can teach English online with engaging 1:1 and group lessons, adapt plans to learners’ needs, and bring my admin/customer-service strengths to support smooth daily operations.

I teach English online using a TEFL/TESOL approach, delivering both 1 on 1 lessons and group lessons. I adapt lessons to meet the unique needs of each student and communicate with learners through an online learning platform.

My teaching practice focuses on building a positive learning environment that feels welcoming and conducive to learning. I establish structured lesson plans, cover required course topics within time frames, and provide writing corrections and class reports.

Alongside teaching, I bring strong administration, customer service, and coordination experience—handling incoming calls and queries, maintaining filing and document control, and supporting scheduling, travel, and evaluation follow-ups. I’m also comfortable with data capturing tasks, reporting, and systems like VRS for voter address capture.
