What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate operations, projects, programmes and events where I can improve processes, manage multiple workstreams and support strong stakeholder delivery.

At Value ed, I lead day-to-day operations and coordinate programmes, events and strategic initiatives from planning through delivery and post-event follow-up.

I manage workflows, operational systems, documentation, schedules and resources across facilitators, hosts, guest speakers, participants, clients and partners. I also prepare reports, presentations and stakeholder communications while identifying practical process improvements that strengthen service delivery.

My work includes virtual and in-person learning sessions, on-site event logistics, digital communications, proposal writing, partnership engagement and funding applications. I facilitate Personal Branding and Social Media development sessions.

Earlier, I managed customer orders, records, reporting and administrative operations at PTTK Tissot General Trading, following customer-facing roles at Gym Company and The Body Shop.
