I’m an IT Support Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience at Takealot, an Africa’s largest e-commerce platform, delivering technical support at scale. I’ve managed hardware, software, and network issues in a high-volume environment, resolving 20+ support tickets per week while consistently meeting SLA targets and communicating clearly with non-technical users.
I also strengthen day-to-day operations through Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, including user account and access control management for 100+ staff members. Alongside my IT work, I completed a remote Web Development Intern contract where I built and maintained WordPress-based websites, handled stakeholder communication across time zones, and proactively escalated edge cases—showing strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
