At Warwick Business School, I manage complex Part-Time MBA candidate journeys, assess applications, review Kira interviews, and support Selection Committee decisions. I also serve as the Part-Time MBA Dynamics CRM Subject Matter Expert, helping identify process gaps and embed improved ways of working.

I've progressed from Recruitment & Admission Coordinator to Senior Recruitment & Admission Coordinator, providing consultative candidate support from enquiry through enrolment. I collaborate with Finance, Careers, Business Development, and programme teams, present at recruitment events, and create guidance that helps coordinators resolve complex queries independently.

Alongside my admissions work, I lead race equality and religious-beliefs initiatives at WBS, including inclusive events, a diversity calendar, and reporting on unconscious bias in peer assessment. My earlier marketing and community roles built my experience in social media, events, creative campaigns, internal communications, and CRM projects.
