I seek a customer-focused role where I can lead and coach teams, drive sales and CSAT improvements, handle escalations, and contribute to operational excellence.

I am a reliable and organized professional with strong experience in customer service, team support, and daily operations from my time in the BPO industry. I am now applying these skills to a Remote Virtual Assistant role, where I can provide administrative support, manage tasks efficiently, and help businesses stay organized.

As an Account Associate, I handled customer inquiries, processed orders, updated records, responded to emails, and documented interactions accurately. This improved my skills in data entry, email management, multitasking, and using CRM systems. I also supported sales by identifying upselling opportunities, showing my ability to contribute to business growth.

As a Subject Matter Expert, I handled complex customer concerns and supported team members with process guidance. I also worked on updating process documents, maintaining knowledge base files, tracking reports, and organizing team resources. I regularly used Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) to create reports, manage data, organize files, and coordinate communication.

As a Team Leader, I managed schedules, monitored team performance, prepared reports, coached team members, and ensured daily targets were met.
