What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support clinical research and participant success, leverage data entry and database accuracy, and contribute to strong operations through leadership, organization, and excellent communication.

I’m a results-driven professional with diverse experience across healthcare, retail leadership, and clinical research. I’ve led teams, managed day-to-day operations, and focused on delivering high-quality care to patients and customers.

In my current role as a Research Screening Specialist at Celerion, I handle participant preparation from screening through training and evaluations, while entering and updating study information in database systems. I also collect and organize participant documentation and build positive participant communications and relationships.

Prior to that, I served as a Store Manager across multiple locations, overseeing inventory, cash management, HR duties, and coaching teams to meet store goals—often working directly under franchise owners and a Director of Operations.
