I am a dedicated and passionate individual graduating in Spring 2025 from Case Western Reserve University with a double major in Communication Sciences & Disorders and Psychology, complemented by double minors in Communication for Health Professionals and Marketing. My commitment to individual development and accessibility drives my ambition to contribute to Human Resources, focusing on employee experience and compliance.
My experience as a Research Intern at Creighton University and New York University has equipped me with strong analytical and project management skills. I have collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, engaged in ethical discussions, and utilized R programming to analyze complex datasets. Additionally, my role as Accessibility & Testing Coordinator has honed my organizational skills and deepened my understanding of ADA compliance, ensuring equitable access for all students.
