I am looking for opportunities that foster professional growth and allow me to apply my skills in HR and organizational development.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, where I am eager to apply my knowledge of workplace motivation and organizational behavior principles. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in HR principles, training support, and cross-cultural communication. I thrive in dynamic environments that emphasize teamwork, organization, and professional development.

Throughout my education, I have engaged in various projects, including designing a training program that involved needs assessment and evaluation. My experience as an Au Pair has further enhanced my adaptability and cultural competence, allowing me to work effectively with diverse groups. Additionally, my role as a Community Health Intern involved supporting a lead psychologist in conducting interviews and assessments, which honed my analytical and interpersonal skills.
