What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a healthcare operations or patient support role where I can help people navigate services, improve access to financial resources, and deliver responsive, compassionate customer service.

At Atrium Health, I interview uninsured and underinsured patients, assess medical and financial information, and help connect them with financial assistance for hospital and medical bills.

I guide patients through applications, coordinate Medicaid referrals with the Department of Social Services, and support discharge follow-up processes across locations.

Previously, I supported patient access at Atrium Health and managed client service requests at Circana and Fidelity Investments. My work has centered on clear communication, thoughtful issue escalation, and responsive service.

I'm completing an MBA in Health Care Management and bring a communications background, business administration training, and a commitment to exemplary customer service and satisfaction.
