Previously at Healix Health Services, I supported members and specialists across claims and complaints, handled 35+ calls daily, and increased early complaint resolution by 10%. I also build APIs, including a Node.js and Express Bookstore API with SQLite, OpenAPI documentation, and Postman/Newman workflows.
