I'm looking to continue resolving complex technical problems, improving support operations through automation, advising clients, and helping engineers grow through practical training and coaching.

At The Access Group, I own critical P1 escalations for enterprise payment platforms, diagnose software defects using MS SQL and log analysis, and build Claude Suite automation tools that streamline triage.
