At The Access Group, I own P1 incidents on Payments and Income Management platforms, tracing imports and integrations through logs and MS SQL to find database-level causes. I also scope platform changes with client IT and Finance leads, including solutions clients went on to commission.

I’ve built AI-assisted tools used by the support team to trace transactions and validate import files, and coached L1/L2 engineers through case reviews and SQL sessions.
