What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that leverages system-level thinking and user-focused problem solving, with collaborative teams, clear impact, and growth in modern software and AI-driven systems.

I am a Computer Science graduate with first-class honours and over five years' experience bridging technical development and customer needs. I specialize in diagnosing complex system issues across mobile apps, IoT hardware, REST APIs, and backend systems.

As a Technical Support Operations Developer I acted as the liaison between support and engineering, translating customer pain points into developer-ready user stories and implementing systematic fixes that reduced support burden.

Previously I delivered end-to-end software development in C#, owning projects across customer-facing applications and IoT devices, and contributed to documentation, on-site troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration.

After a recent redundancy I focused on health while staying current with AI and modern software trends, and I am now seeking roles that value system-level thinking, user-focused problem solving, and clear technical communication.
