At Wildlife Partners, I lead front-of-house service and coordinate daily operations for 80–120 guests. I manage orders, POS transactions, table assignments, and kitchen coordination.
I train and mentor junior team members on service procedures and guest care, and monitor HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and service standards. I also handle guest concerns and support a high-quality dining experience.
Before Wildlife Partners, I worked as a Waiter at Caiman Restaurant, a Housekeeper at The Hut Restaurant, and a Cleaner at BRALIRWA Ltd. My experience includes table service, guest relations in English, French, and Kinyarwanda, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
