Bigman Hope

I am a hospitality professional with practical experience as a waiter in hotel and café environments, committed to delivering excellent customer service and effective teamwork. I have worked at Eastland Hotel (2019–2021) and Stop and Shop Coffee House (2021–2024), where I developed time management and communication skills.

I hold vocational training in baking (Peace Bakery, March 2017) and face painting (F.P pros, Jan 2016), and I am comfortable with basic computer tools including Microsoft Word and Excel. I speak Kinyarwanda, English, Swahili, French, and Luganda, which helps me serve diverse customers.
