What I'm looking for

I seek customer-facing hospitality roles where I can deliver excellent guest service, work in a collaborative team, maintain high cleanliness standards, and grow into supervisory responsibilities.

I am a hospitality professional with a Diploma in Hospitality Management and Leadership from Akilah Institute and hands-on experience in food & beverage and housekeeping roles. I excel at welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, and maintaining clean, safe service areas.

My background includes roles as a waitress and room attendant at hotels and restaurants where I developed strong customer-care, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. I am comfortable interacting with diverse guests and handling service tasks under busy conditions.

I have proven ability to refill and manage beverage and amenity stocks, handle guest laundry and lost-and-found items, and prepare and serve hot beverages and cocktails to specification. I pay close attention to cleanliness and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
