At Fort Bend ISD, I monitor support trends and recurring technical issues, use AI tools to streamline research and reporting, and recommend process improvements. I also lead and mentor technical support analysts serving staff across multiple campuses.
As a Senior User Support Analyst, I led district technology projects, including Interactive Flat Panel deployments across campuses. I coordinated project activities and provided executive-level technical support for board meetings and other high-visibility events.
Earlier at Fort Bend ISD, I supported classroom devices and managed incidents through IFS Assyst. At NETSYNC NETWORK SOLUTIONS, I managed imaging and deployment projects for school districts, leading cross-functional teams of technicians through infrastructure and equipment upgrades.
