At CIRCUITRY.AI, I was the sole designer supporting 20+ engineers, leading end-to-end design in Figma for admin configuration, policy editor, audit logging, and tenant management surfaces.

I recently architected the UX and policy layer for AI governance, cutting internal AI tool launch time from 4 weeks to 48 hours with a policy-first orchestration architecture using reusable governance primitives.

Before that, at Travelers Insurance, I designed a warranty claim auditing system that scored claims and flagged blockers—reducing processing time from 2 minutes to 30 seconds—and shipped governance with human-in-the-loop notifications that halted automatic claim payments when blockers were detected.
