I specialized in re-engineering internal workflows, optimizing turnaround times by 30% through digital integration, and establishing robust KPI frameworks and auditing mechanisms to ensure absolute process accuracy and full SLA achievement.

During my tenure at HSBC Vietnam, spanning roles from Contact Center Operations Manager to Head of Credit Control Services, I chaired critical governance meetings and achieved a "Green Rating" in group audits. I pioneered process automation initiatives that reduced operational costs by 20% while significantly improving customer satisfaction (VOC) and premium retention.
